Creative Apprenticeships Programme

Designed for those who face significant barriers, the Creative Apprenticeships Programme aims to give young people, aged 18+, high quality opportunities to access a career in the arts.

Diversity in Governance

Diversity in Governance engages professionals from Black, Asian and Ethnically Diverse backgrounds, as well as those who are Disabled, D/deaf and / or Neurodiverse and places them on Arts Boards in order to influence organisational decision making.

Young Professionals on Boards places business leaders of the future, aged between 21 – 35, on the Boards of arts organisations in order to influence organisational decision making.
