A&B Cymru is seeking an experienced arts manager to join its team.

Arts Development Manager

Part-time (21 hours per week), based in Cardiff 

Salary – £30K, pro-rata

The Arts Development Manager is responsible for the delivery of key A&B Cymru programmes and services and acts as a primary point of contact for the arts across Wales.

The role requires highly developed communication skills and an instinctive approach to problem-solving.  The successful candidate will also be creative, dynamic, proactive and highly efficient.
