The Challenge
Adrienne O’Sullivan founded Act Now 20 years ago. Her team of creative trainers, facilitators and practitioners implements the unique and valuable processes used in the arts to empower people to create confidence and achieve success. Through Skills Bank, Adrienne wished to refresh ACT Now’s business plan, research the feasibility of a new training offer and formalise how best to position the new packages in the marketplace.

Déborah wished to gain access to a different sector, developing both her coaching skills and her network.

The Results

For Act Now Creative Training:

  • To create a refreshed and useful business plan
  • To improve internal processes and replicate them across all current and future course offerings
  • To develop a new Arts Based Training course, resulting in new income streams for the organisation

For Déborah:

  • To build confidence and improve her networks
  • To gain a deeper understanding of the operation and challenges of a smaller organisation and experience working in a different sector
