Engaging Under-Represented Groups Workshop

This afternoon session will explore the challenges faced by Ethnic Minority communities and provide ideas on how to build trust and improve community engagement. With opportunities for open group discussion, Sunil will help participants to identify the ways of increasing representation and engagement for their arts organisations, both in terms of staffing and activity.

This session aims to:

• Improve understanding of the barriers faced by Ethnic Minority communities.
• Increase confidence and knowledge that will help design opportunities for engagement.
• Provide a better understanding of how to build an inclusive environment.
