Description
This is a key role at a strategic time for the company, which operates under an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
We are looking for a professional, proactive individual with a strong business mindset, who has been successful in their field and is ready to take on a broad and influential role.
Strategic and operational understanding will be essential to this role, along with the ability to manage projects, lead teams, and develop effective working systems. It is essential that the candidate can work confidently through the medium of Welsh and navigate a complex context with consideration for staff, the board, and stakeholders.
Although a background in television is not required, an understanding of the creative or a similar sector, along with knowledge of EOT governance, would be an advantage.
