Description
The Deputy Hire Events Programme Manager will play an important role within the team that promotes, secures, plans and manages an exciting and expanding annual programme of hire events. Working closely alongside the College’s professional technical, front of house, marketing and catering teams, the post holder will deliver a wide range of events including performances, concerts, awards ceremonies, conferences, receptions, summer schools, high-profile functions, VIP visits and private celebrations. This post will also support the College’s Front of House Manager to recruit, train and organise the College’s Welcome Assistants and, collectively, deliver consistently excellent levels of customer care to all audiences, visitors, guests and clients.
