Our Chief Executive, Rachel Jones, will be leaving A&B Cymru at the end of 2026 after 30 incredible years of service.

Arts & Business (A&B) Cymru is therefore seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Chief Executive to lead the organisation through its next chapter.

 

Full-time, based in Cardiff

Salary – c. £68K

Building on a strong legacy and reputation, the new CEO will work with the Board, staff and partners to strengthen the charity’s sustainability, profile and impact across Wales.

This is a broad and influential role, requiring a leader who can combine strategic vision with practical delivery, secure and sustain partnerships, champion the value of the arts and business working together and lead a small, committed team through a period of change and opportunity.
