Impact as a Tool for Strategic Planning: How to use evidence and insight to improve your work

10:00 am — 11:30 am May 6, 2026
Members £0 | Non-Members £50 + VAT

This session explores how cultural organisations can use impact more effectively to inform strategy, strengthen governance and improve decision‑making. Drawing on practical examples, participants will reflect on how evidence and insight can move beyond reporting and become an active tool for shaping priorities, partnerships and future direction.

The session creates a structured reflection space for senior leaders and trustees to think about making strategy more impact‑focused and purposeful.

Please note: The session works best when a senior leader and a trustee attend together from the same organisation, supporting shared understanding and joint ownership of impact‑led strategy and governance.
