The Development Need
Kate wished to join a Board to further her professional development. Having worked at Hospital Innovations for 10 years, she was keen to experience how another organisation operates without leaving the role and company she loves. Theatr na nÓg provided the ideal opportunity, giving Kate invaluable senior leadership experience which would aid her long-term career ambitions.
The Results

• Crucial advice and expertise was provided in the recruitment of a new General Manager.
• Kate supported the Board members to restructure pay policies and implement a salary review.
