WAHWN is the national sector support organisation for arts and health with over 700 arts and health professional members. Its key areas of work are network and training events, advocacy and sharing best practice. The organisation places arts and culture at the heart of creating sustainable, healthy, and resilient communities and individuals.
This is an opportunity to sponsor the first Wales arts and mental health inequalities conference at the Lysaght Institute, Newport on 4 October 2023, in partnership with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Keynote speakers include Lynne Neagle, Deputy Minister for Mental Health & Wellbeing, Derek Walker, Wellbeing of Future Generations Act Commissioner and Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden. 100 arts and health professionals will come together for a day to connect, share, inspire and influence, exploring creative solutions to mental health challenges in Wales.

Little Wander is Wales’ leading comedy production company most known for its flagship Machynlleth Comedy Festival and its sister festival in Aberystwyth and its work in radio, podcasts and TV.
Machynlleth Comedy Festival has grown from a micro-festival of 300 people attending 30 events in 2010, to nearly 7,500 people attending 250 events in 2023. It has a global reputation, having helped to place Wales at the forefront of the UK’s comedic landscape. Rhod Gilbert simply described it as “…one of the best festivals in the world”.

Music Anywhere is a live music, arts in health organisation established to combat isolation and loneliness. It works with individuals and organisations to create what they want, from festivals to sessions at home, making every contact count to ensure that people have access to advice and support, as well as great music that supports health and well-being.
Music Anywhere is seeking support for a series of unique, inclusive events across Wales, starting with Hangout in the Wild festival. This is an accessible music and arts festival for people with a learning disability or additional needs, who may lack the opportunity to build relationships. Following the festival, a series of satellite events will take place across the year to keep momentum going.
These events will offer an opportunity to people who understand one another’s lives to get together, to do something others take for granted, hangout!

The Black Mountains Comedy Festival is a vibrant cultural event in the foothills of the Black Mountains. Kiri Prichard-McLean and Gary Delaney join Mark Watson, Rich Hall and Zoe Lyons in our hall of fame to help cement its place as the biggest and best comedy festival in South Wales.

Anthem enables vital access to music for young people aged 0-25 from all different backgrounds. It generates opportunities across genres and communities, nurturing diverse talent to take the next steps to musical careers.
Anthem is looking for a headline sponsor to support its online month of music auction. Following the success of last year’s event, this year is going to be bigger and bolder, including some special donations from iconic Welsh names.
The auction will go live on 1 November and will run until 9.00pm on 30 November. All donations received will help to give more young people in Wales better access to music opportunities. The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Programme at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board supports a variety of creative projects across a range of artistic mediums for staff, patients, and service users. It is proactive in using art to improve health and wellbeing and aims to be inclusive and representative of its community.
The Health Board is working with partners to establish an innovative project at its Llandough site – Our Health Meadow. It is believed to be the first of its kind at a hospital site in the UK, its goal is to establish an ecological community health park which benefits wildlife, plants and people through positive human environment interaction. It has used an eclectic, ambitious art strategy to acknowledge and enhance the experiences of all who enter the site.
A key element of this is a sculpture trail which will act as a walkway through open air galleries of outdoor sculptures.

Common Wealth is an award-winning international theatre company based in Cardiff and Bradford, that co-creates site-specific theatre events. The company makes work that is political, contemporary and relevant, addressing the concerns of our times.
The Cardiff team partnered with Duckie (a Queer led performance art organisation) to bring its production “The Post Club” to East Cardiff at Christmas 2022. It was a resounding success and the two companies are now programming “Posh Club: The Four Seasons”, a regular, sensational extravaganza for the over 60’s due to take place in East Cardiff four times in 2024.
Sponsor the stage at the Posh Club: 4 Seasons in East Cardiff in 2024 and help realise a series of high quality, performance extravaganzas for senior citizens, elegant elders and glamorous golden girls.
The Posh Club is an immersive ‘nightclub in the daytime’ for older people from working class backgrounds who typically feel excluded from community or cultural activities. It is an anti-loneliness project disguised as a fun day out, bringing community members together with access to high-quality art, inviting them to participate and indulge in an immersive experience just for them.

The Norwegian Church is a multi-faceted, heritage and events-focused arts centre, hosting meetings, conferences, exhibitions, live events and weddings. It has live performances programmed for most weekends this year and a total of 160 events annually. At the heart of the business is the Norsk Cafe Bar & Terrace, who’s menu is delivered by street food specialists Yorkshire Wrap.

National Youth Arts Wales is the charity for young performers and creatives, aged 11-15, across Wales. It provides the stepping-stone between grass-roots arts activities and professional creative industries, helping young people to achieve their goals in the arts.
NYAW is seeking sponsorship for its summer event season. Its national ensembles will perform at some of Wales’s top arts venues such as St David’s Hall, Sherman Theatre and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (Cardiff); St David’s Cathedral (St David’s, west Wales); and Prichard-Jones Hall (Bangor).

Truth Department produces memorable, cinematic films for worldwide distribution on all platforms. Working with emerging Welsh talent and established international directors.
Lolfa Truth Department. During the pandemic, Truth Department renovated a long-abandoned shop in Llantrisant. It plans to make it a safe, suitable and comfortable space for small arts and cultural groups to use in the evenings and on weekends.
Founder Sponsors will contribute to the cost of stowable desks and furniture, screening equipment, a safety handrail to the toilet and a sound-proof shop window and door, web-based bookings, etc.
